Possibly a very stupid question

I have money in my PayPal due to a refund I just received via eBay so I'm trying to get the rest of the E3 Digital Ticket bundle on Humble but PayPal won't let me because there's no money on my card, is there any way I can make it ignore my card and take the money from my PayPal balance? I'm pretty sure that's what their little Payment Methods spiel means but that's not what's happening...

Shit, never mind, I just saw that the funds apparently aren't yet available...oh well, hopefully they clear soon...

Weird, the time paypal gave me a refund(cos verification and stuff) it actually didn't allowed me to use my card untill I runned out from money in the balance.

Apparently my problem is that the money just hasn't cleared yet, or whatever the case may be...but then, in re-reading the paypal transaction details, it looks like it might be going to my card rather than my paypal...

Debit or credit?
I think you just can't make money go in the opposite direction with credit cards and that's why I got it at my balance.

Then I guess you gonna need to be patient and wait for the bank to... do whatever they do in this cases.
