Check carefully that you have used their contact email, which may not be the same as the email address they sent your bundle information from. No online retailer should ever take longer than three days to respond to a customer email.
After two weeks of no response, I would say to file a paypal dispute. Indie Royale aren't giving you the customer support that should be expected in today's market, so you are left with the choice of either reversing payment or just waiting longer.

I emailed support@indieroyale.com the third time. The first two times, I used the contact us box on their website.
The problem is that if I file a dispute, they may disable my IR account, which has the 35 bundles I bought.

Do their Terms of Service state that they may disable your account? If it does not, in any way at all, reference revoking access to your account, they cannot do so legally.

Aren't some the folk in the indie kings group affiliated with royale? I'm not sure. I know they are always active, so if they end up being affiliated, you might be able to grab one of them there.

Also, I started receiving spam after signing up for their newsletter. Not saying it was them.... But it was a new account, and they were the only entity that had that email address. But not at all am I saying they must've sold my email address to a 3rd party.
I'd say fuck it and file a dispute. Maybe they'll learn to actually use a support team to answer support queries in the future?

tbh, you should have just cancelled the second one with paypal's buyer protection immediately (since you can cancel orders within the first couple of days and charges revert) and let them know of your decision to do that... since it has been left unresolved for so long there is a chance they could just deny you due to the fact the keys maybe used (or at least in their eyes they could have been + they may not have access to revoking keys like HiB)

Indie Royale's has a similar system to Humble, where he keys are generated based on your purchase # when you request them from your account screen. They can see if they've not been claimed.

Do they have a twitter? Sometimes they respond to those more actively. Just say something like "I emailed support 3 times over 2 weeks, but am yet to get a response. What's the dealeo guys?"

This is just a general dumb cautionary message, just in case :
Check your junkmail folder.
It's not too likely it would have caught return emails from them, but it's worth a shot, especially if you have an ISP-specific junkmail filter. They can be weird sometimes.

Probably is, because I too recently tried to contact them and there was no reply for about 2 weeks after many emails.
And in case they are simply ignoring your emails, send them a raging email (for not replying to your emails), they never ignore those.

Hmm actually after this email, if I don't get a reply, I can probably just sell the link at cost. One of the purchases shouldn't be tied to my desura account so it hopefully should be fine.

They no longer auto add to your account but its a single key for the bundle so its still all or nothing.

Anyone know how long it takes Indie Royale Support to respond? I bought the Sigma bundle on day of release, but double-purchased the bundle on the paypal screen due to the confirmation not loading the first time. I've spent three emails the past 2 weeks, but no luck getting a response yet. Should I just file a paypal dispute?
