It gave me a link, called it a key, followed the link, and it gave me a download link. Everyone else seems to be getting actual steam keys, what happens when you download the .msi?

Had a duplicated key and support sent me a new key which is a chosen key.
I also sent 2 tickets, because i thought the first one didnt work since i was no longer online on the website.
