You should refresh your profile. I suppose.

if your groups don't appear on your profile force sync every few minutes/hours until they do. It's not a SG bug - it's Steam API lag/bug and nothing can be done to repair it on SG side. Only Valve can fix it by fixing their API, and ppl have been asking for years that they fix it without response, so I wouldn't haqve high hopes for that.

Also if it's newly created group it takes quite some time until it appears in API data, so you will just have to wait until it does.

Interesting, I added your group to my list, then I synced my account and tried to make a giveaway, but could not find it in my groups list.

I don't know if its been posted about before, but more details for the admins to help figure out what the issue is would be helpful. You should post the link to your giveaway group so that the admin can try adding themselves to help figure out whats going on. I'm pretty sure that would be ok, though I suppose you should make it totally clear that you are not trying to advertise the site outside of the groups section.

I know this wasn't much help, but at least it does tell an admin/mod who looks in here that there is an issue.

Did you write a ticket to support about this? It's the only sure way to get someone to look at it. I'd say, after 2 months it should definitely have synced.

Try removing the single quotation mark (') in the group name, it can be the source of the sync troubles.
