Anyone know a good website where I can grab Flashout 2 cheaply?

So I just won a giveaway but got a duplicate key error.. which is really sad because I always wanted that game and always didn't have enough money to get it. Also, I missed the times where you could grab it for free. So does anyone know a good place to buy it for a few bucks? The 9€ in the steam store are a bit too much for that title..

About the Flashout 2, I guess it's probably from the WGN promo and the giveaway creator got his key revoked, as those are for personal use only.
