Gift not sending

I am sending the gift to the winner and after i enter the email and the "to from" and hit send nothing happens. It stays in my inventory (which is normal) but it doesnt say "sent to XXXXXX" just stays how it was. what am i doing wrong?

Just send them a friend request and transfer it that way if you must.
