Those of us who live with chronic depression know that it can be something which you never quite shake. You can, however, learn how to limit its effect on your life and find some happiness and fulfillment. Not all that long ago, we had a thread in this forum dedicated to the subject, and there were many of us who offered good advice on dealing with depression and anxiety.
You may find the old (archived) thread, here:

There is also the newer version of the thread---where people continue to make giveaways for "the cause"---here:

If you would like support in dealing with depression and/or anxiety, simply post in the latest version of that thread. There is a wealth of experience among our members.
And thank you for the excellent train. )

There's no need to apologize. You've done nothing wrong. I just wanted to steer you toward a discussion on the topic in the hope that you might find it useful.

Hey Anxeal hugs
I know it doesn't mean much, but you are not alone. Depression is a serious issue but I doesn't have to control your live. It's hard, I still struggle to go outside (I'm afraid of people), but it get's easier, every time nothing bad happens and although I do not enjoy going out and meeting people, it's not as terrible as it used to be.
So my advise is to take small steps ^^ You have no reason to go outside? Well, take a little stroll in the evening. It's dark, not as hot as during the day, less people are outside and a little fresh air is always good ^^
Dropped out of school? You can still learn at home and maybe, some day, you return. But keep your head busy ^^ Everything you learn could help you someday!
Online friends? Don't worry, they are as real as people you could meet every day. Today we don't have to depend on our luck when it comes to people that share our interests. I don't know a single person that lives really close to me and shares my hobbies, so I'm really grateful for all the nice friends I made online :3 They mean a lot to me and in so many situations, they've proven to be real friends I can depend on! So don't be upset just because your friends aren't living close to you.
And last, but not least, I'm absolutely sure there is something you're great at! You just have to find it ^^ So be curious, try out new things, find out what you like, do something you never did before! And once you find this one thing you love and are good at, do it, no matter what others think or tell you. Maybe you're a great cook, or have a talent for photography. Maybe you can draw, or write stories. Or you're really good at listening? Maybe you could help others sort out their lives.
But you must never ever think that you do not deserve to be happy! You will be happy and although the road might be a bit bumpy at the moment, just be patient, take one step at the time and in the end, everything will turn out better than you imagined ^^
Like I said, I know this doesn't mean much and I know too well that sometimes, we all need a little motivation, so... maybe pay Chibird a visit? :3 It always makes me smile and when I'm down. it reminds me that I don't have to be perfect, that everyone struggles.
I hope you'll find you way and that your depression won't take over your live.
And now... sorry for the terrible english and thank you for your train ^^

Hey, everyone. I'm slowly getting used to SG, so I decided that I might as well make a train! This is a short one because of my low number of previous giveaways but still, it's a train :D
Why am I making this giveaway? Well, first of all it makes me feel good. Gifting and helping other people is one of the few things I enjoy in life, so I try to do my best when it comes to them. Well, do I have a lot of money? No, it's just that I don't spend much on other stuff.
Secondly, I've been suffering from depression for a long while and I can't help myself, neither can medication and therapy. I don't have any friends (except online), I don't (have a reason to) go outside, I even dropped out of school and I can't do anything the right way, so I want others to be happy in my stead. Just because I can't be happy shouldn't subtract from the collective happiness of humanity.
Lastly, this was going to be a puzzle with lots of giveaways but because of the aforementioned issue, I could only create a few giveaways so solving the puzzle wouldn't make sense. So the next time I have some money in my pocket (r.i.p. wallet 2017 T_T) I'll bring that up again.
The only thing I want in return is a mere "Thank you!" as a comment, thank you for time.
This way :D
Edit: Thanks everyone a whole lot, I feel better already :D
