Getting ready for another milestone I cannot talk about or mention here. So you have to keep guessing, but not really (not really a secret anyway ^^).
puzzle/not puzzle theme - going in circles
Let's talk in a trainingcircle and keep on training at the trainstation with a trainer while waiting for that train. ends 11/17

Do you buy or play early access games?
I never bought an early access game
Thanks for the ride.
Thanks & bump.
Cheers for the train!

i know what u mean, had some games that died in progress as well as some very nice ones.
unfortunately most of my past early access experiences were full of disappointment (except for dead by daylight but I think that one wasn't even EA but rather Beta)
Same, but had a few very successful ones that made EA worth it. Just need to not buy too early (bare bones) and be happy with the current level of progress already if it happens to not develop anymore.
If an early access game catches my eye and the reviews/discussions indicate that it's decent and has enough content, I'll go ahead and play it. But I don't specifically search for EA games.
same here, why search for torture :P
For some reason an Early Access game can sometimes excite me in a way that I don't get that same feeling with a full release game. Not sure why.
I agree. Neoverse seems to be playing out pretty well. Lots of new features lately.
I hope so! I haven't played it since July, though, and that was before some pretty substantial changes were made.
It's worth another look for sure, it already seemed quite ready when I tried it.
thanks a lot for chooooo chooooo!
Secret Kudos on the Secret Milestone ;)
I have bought Early Access games in the past and I'll keep at it even though having been burned several times by devs just abandoning the game mid-way through and using the money to fund their next project, I am more discerning on what games I buy and who I choose to support.
The last one I got was Reventa and although it's still in EA, it's progressed quite a lot since then and new content has been added so I'm hopeful that the dev won't let us down. It's taken almost a year for chapter 2 to be added but it's added quite a lot and fixed a lot of issues and well, it's still very cheap
hehe (almost there, pre game announcement since during that time, it'll mostly be group/whitelist ga)
I checked out reventa and it looks fun! added to wishlist. Most EAs i am interested in I will add to wishlist and if progresses enough, then i'll jump in (also depending on backlog).
Heh can't wait ;)
Yeah that's my strategy as well with EA games now. Too many people taking advantage of that program as crowd funding for their other projects, or just to pad their portfolio.
Sadly so. Glad that Slay the Spire and Neoverse turned out well.
