Problem with steamcommunity

Yep, everyday is down for a while, but it isn't that. Happens to me for 3-4 days, and the store and online playing works.

But for me is not totally down. It's just the steamcommunity pages, the rest works. But entire steam works for everybody, works for my friends... but not for me.
Steam Support said to me today that they had some problems with their servers but now it was working and said me to try. This was like 4-5 hours ago, and I still can't connect.
And steam support is soooo slow.

Well, I don't have another computer to try, and anyway, if is my computer, I want also to fix it. I'm seeing that I'm gonna have to format... and I hate that.
