Computer is 1 1/2 year old so offcourse while possible it makes the chances on hardware failure a bit smaller.

Anyway i got a keyboard/mouse receiver and wifi receiver plugged in the front of the case, there are 2x usb 2 and 2x usb 3 ports, no matter where they are plugged in i keep getting the same results that when lately when i turn on my computer the mouse/keyboard and wifi usually don't go on unless i remove and reinsert the receivers a few times, and then it will work fine throughout the rest of the day.
It all worked fine for a good 1 1/2 year before, and i don't know what it could be (except a hardware issue) and what to do about it, so if someone has any ideas.

Plugging the mouse/keyboard receiver in the back of the case, i always tend to get input lag.
Running on windows 10.
Also like 2-3 months ago i was fiddling with SD cards through an USB reader and i had 2 instances that they become very hot (not just warm, like burn your hand hot). Apparently that happens when a SD card is faulty, is it possible for such heat to break something with the usb (contacts)?
Could the NVIDIA Usb controllers interfere (and the problems occured after one of it's updates and combined with ASMedia and Intel controllers)?

I have moved the wifi to the back, will know what it does tommorow since the problem only occurs on cold boots.

[EDIT] After putting the wifi receiver in the back, then after a short while the keyboard/mouse froze (still seeing the cursor) unlike with the cold boot issue the cursor completely disappears, reinserting the keyboard/mouse receiver in another front usb port and it works again (for now).

[EDIT2] Had the wifi receiver in the back, woke up this morning, cold boot again both wifi and mouse/keyboard not working, but this time i couldn't get mouse/keyboard working at all no matter what port i tried front or even back, until i unplugged the xbox 360 controller (in the back) and then it started working again, controller works too. Makes it all appear there is some driver conflict or something.
But if a mouse/keyboard doesn't work i can't check device manager (don't have a wired keyboard/mouse).
I posted two event log screens below.

[EDIT3] Restored bios, could almost not even get into it anymore because keyboard was not working, did not help at all, restored computer backup, removed the keyboard driver and let it reinstall again, that does help a bit but the issue doesn't seem to completely disappear.
Then i surfed a bit, and then playing TF2 and then half game my character just kept moving on it's own in a straight line and my connection was dropped again, now just removing and plugging back the receiver one time however is enough, but annoying.
But also for the first day is that i start to notice when i watch YouTube stuff sometimes when a person speaks vs his/her mouth, it sometimes starts to go out of sync, if that is connected then maybe it will point to some hardware issue, psu, motherboard?

[EDIT4] I found my old keyboard/mouse (also a Logitech MK270 the same as this 8 month old one i have now) however even being the same type, just the receiver doesn't seem to work with the other set.
But the old keyboard/mouse (that mouse has some clicks not registering though) no matter what usb port i kept plugging it in it kept working, like it should be, while the new keyboard/mouse didn't, as it was under warranty i returned it to the store and takes some weeks.
In the meantime i just found myself into buying a more expensive keyboard and mouse and keep the replacement Logitech for some console stuff or backup.
Still not sure if it was a coincidence that just 2 months ago i had to replace the wifi receiver too, and if something short circuited, or that it was just bad luck.

It's always good to have a ps2 kb+mouse on hand for emergencies.

I have an extra PC slot for Driver Easy Pro if you want to see if updating drivers will work, add me on steam or see if you can get a free trial. (Update everything except graphics drivers, it's not so good at it.)

I am a bit reluctant with such programs, some people state it crashed their pc (and i think that might have happened to me too years ago), not to mention virus scanners going off with such things.

There is also something on steam. https://store.steampowered.com/app/920490/Driver_Booster_6_for_Steam/

Driver Booster 6 sucked hard. I tried it and it installed wrong drivers and such. I am reluctant to recommend these programs as well but it has backup and restore and this one actually fixed my realtek audio drivers problems I had and even installing all the other driver updates it recommended my PC ran fine so I am very tentatively suggesting it as a low choice.

First, check in device manager to make sure that the devices are not set to turn off to save power by opening the device properties and looking at the Power Management tab. I very often seen this enabled by default for many wireless network cards.

Second, you can try to force a "Scan for hardware changes" on startup to see if it picks up the devices. This isn't exactly a solution to the problem, but may be a permanent workaround. Normally you Scan for hardware changes by right-clicking in device manager and selecting the option, but with the devcon utility from Microsoft you can run it in a command line: devcon rescan. Put that command in a batch file, put that batch file in your startup folder and then try a cold boot. The batch file should run, scan for new hardware and hopefully find the mouse and keyboard. If it doesn't, that tells you that Windows is already seeing the devices as properly connected, but something else is preventing them from working.

Wifi receiver was set to turn off, i changed that now.

Thanks for the other thing will try that tommorow, right now i am kinda battling the errors i see in the event log (and posted in op) maybe they are minor/not important but still, seems to be some that also mentioned it happened to them that also owned an ASUS motherboard.

Still though i did restore a backup from when things were "okay" and without updating any windows updates, graphic card etc.
And while it works better now, as i also posted in OP in a game of TF2 it still randomly lost the connection to the mouse/keyboard once.
For the past 2 days i could plug it out and in for like 20 times before it worked again, now 1 time is enough, but shouldn't happen.

There are always lots of windows log errors for various reasons but typically they're not a big deal. Tech support scammers will usually show their victims all the errors to try to convince them to pay for the scam service. That doesn't mean they are unimportant or irrelevant, just don't get too hung up on checking each of them. Errors that may be important are USB, power, drivers, etc. and you might be able to learn something from them.

Have you tested the keyboard/mouse on another computer just to rule out any issues with the devices? Are the batteries fully charged? Is there anything between the receiver and mouse/keyboard that could be interfering with the signal? I realize these issues caused by those problems aren't exactly consistent with what you are experiencing, but its usually best to rule out the simplest stuff first.

It's not consistent but when batteries die out that usually happens at random intervals, and not really at boot ups only, else when it works i couldn't use it for het remaining 12+ hours if it would almost be happy.

No i haven't tried this keyboard/mouse on another pc yet, but I tried my dads logitech receiver but it's different and no use in my pc, then i found my old keyboard/mouse (exact same model) the receiver alone also won't work with my new keyboard/mouse only with the old one (seems to be device specific) however i can plug them in any port and it keeps on working! like it should be (with the batteries of the other one).
While with the other one it really likes only 1 usb port and i still to keep plugging it in and out.
So the culprit must be the new keyboard/mouse (receiver) going bust, it's a few monhs old and under warranty and i think i will use it.
