Quick question: I've redeemed the game through the epic website. Now, is there any way to link it with Uplay without installing Epic's launcher?

That is what it did the first time you click it.
edit: Ah, sorry, tired brain.. don't know about the website..

Um, if you really don't want to install the launcher, you might use Windows Sandbox (on Windows 10 Pro) for a temporary, gone-after-exiting installation.. (If you don't have Pro, you can probably download a free Windows trial image from MS and use another virtual machine, e.g. VirtualBox to do the same thing, just with more steps..)

Would you mind explain to us how exactly we can run the game on Uplay without starting the Epic Launcher first? I guess the initial run has to be made from Epic Launcher, or am I wrong?

You just launch by the .exe and it only starts Uplay.
