Suggestion: Let me hide games that I'm not interested in.

This is something that the SteamGifts Plus Greasemonkey script did, but that's no longer operational after the relaunch, of course.

If there's a game that I don't want cluttering my feed, I'd like to be able to hide its giveaways. (Also, stuff that I actually own but SteamGifts doesn't realize that fact, because let's face it, the DLC detection isn't perfect.)

It's already available. Click the eye icon after the game name in the guiveaway list.

Thanks, I didn't even notice that, and the FAQ didn't seem to say anything about it!
