QR Codes

may I ask you what software are you primary using to decode QR codes on the PC.
especially micro QR codes as example.
I tried a lot of programms and online services but none can decode micro QR, most only can generate them.

I know of i-nigma for Iphone and android but for all people without smartphone is there really no tool who can do the same on pc? come on there must be.

and yes i tried google first but without results (tried all of the found decoders)
