What's that ? (Totally random gif inside containing countryballs)

So, I've stumbled upon this gif that basically looks like some sort of flash game where Polandball defends itself from USAball'n'Russiaball

Kinda lol but anyway, anyone have any idea if this is an actual game or just sm1 made a gif with fake-flash or smth ? (or perhaps this is some sort of texture mod to some other game)

I've tried to search it for about 1 hour but found nothing

I know this gamee, I mean I don't know the name, but I used to play in long ago, tho it didn't run really fast on my old computer, it was so funny.

It's not a hack and slash, those attacking him we're players, it is an online game, you can play deathmatch, capture the flag, etc, you just choose a customization for your character and hunt the enemy players/the flag, you find all kind of sticks, swords, staffs, spears on the ground, you can't play single player at least, it was a flash game that I was playing in my childhood...

Ps. the country balls are a mod (you can get it from the main menu)
