I can't select the game I'm trying to give away?

Hello, I'm trying to give away the game Commando Jack (http://store.steampowered.com/app/299260/),
but when I'm trying to create the giveaway, it doesn't show up to me, is there a reason why?

Games that were avaiable for free are not allowed as GAs.

Commando Jack was avaiable for free at IndieGala so the game got removed from SG.

It's been in several bundles as well (7 to be exact - http://isthereanydeal.com/specials/#/page:game/info?plain=commandojack ) so you could have it from there, but there's no way for SG to tell the difference between a key from free promo and from a bundle, and anyone who get it from free promo would just claim for it to be from bundle just to get CV for it, so in these cases game has to be removed.

If you wish you can always drop the key on forums for ninjas, or make a topic where ppl comment and you choose or pick a random winner and send them key via Steam Chat.

if you can't select it on g/a creation page but have that game listed under bundle games then it is safe to assume it was free..
we don't have official list games which were free.(yet)
