The only one that's not a sitcom and is not already on the list is Northern Exposure. It's old though and I don't know if it's available on Netflix. The DVDs suck because they removed much of the great music of the series to save on royalties.
If you ever decide to give sitcoms a chance, I would recommend Coupling (funniest series ever), or if you're really into obscure shows I would recommend Sanford and Son and The Honeymooners.

All of the above go on for 2-3 seasons or more. Lots of stuff to do there. I've actually watched most of these numberous times. I'm actually on my 3-4 X-Files watch through, on season 5 and I hear there's a season 10 in the works after all these years! They started filming in June. So The X-Files is coming back folks. Trust no one!

I'm looking for some new shows to watch. I love Dramas and almost any show that has an over arching story line.
However, I don't like sitcoms. Sorry, Please don't recommend them. It's just not gonna happen.
I loved Lost (Hated the end)
I have been watching Orphan Black and love it.
Game of Thrones is an obvious one.
If you know of something obscure, I'm more interested in those, as I have Netflix so I already get those recommendations. Though if you know of one that is a little less well known, please let me know. It also doesn't need to be on Netflix. :D
