Does Borderlands 2 Season Pass worth it?

Nop, it doesnt. Like GOTY doesn't include all the dlc's like you'd think when you bought games in the future.
It's a new world out there. :)
But yeah get the season pass (idk about the packs ppl say theyre fun to play, i don't own them so i can't advise you on that). Enjoy ! :)

Even Big Game Hunt has a few good moments near the end, but it's pretty weak compared to the other 3 packs.

Either the Season Pass (because the extra stuff are awesome and totally worth it) and the Mechromancer and Psycho Packs (because those characters are awesome too) or the GOTY (since it includes all of those and a little bit more). Whichever is cheaper in total. :D

How much hours you played Borderlands 2? Did you finish the base game? Did you do all side-quests? If the answer is YES, buy. If the answer is NO, don't buy.

Borderlands 2 big DLCs included in Season Pass worth it yes, you can put on DLCs more game time than to beat the game. But I suggest you getting GotY better, I think you can find it very cheap during summer, but you will have to waste the game, but it will be cheaper than getting all DLCs, but Season Pass still includes the most worth DLCs, you will probably don't need the small ones.
