Everyone gets blacklisted, because anyone can blacklist anyone without any particular reason. People get blacklisted for saying thanks in a giveaway and for not saying thanks in a giveaway. Blacklisted for having a too low sent/received ratio and a too high sent/received ratio. Blacklisted for having the latest giveaway made too long ago or creating too many giveaways in a short time. (In my case, I was also reported for inappropriate behaviour for the latter.) Blacklisted for having an anime avatar. Blacklisted for creating a forum thread. Blacklisted because of nationality or how their Steam profile looks. Blacklisted for arguing or agreeing with somebody else. Blacklisted for not having any comments, blacklisted for having too many comments. The list can go in infinitely.
