They are downloading required software pre-requisites to a shared folder.
Had the same thing yesterday, and is why when one is done they will all be done.

It's an update with redistributable, instead of having a folder with files in every installed games, it'll be shared between every game. Basically, the "updates" just deleted files that are no longer necessary from these five games.
