Theres no way to find out exactly who blacklisted you other than trying to enter their ga's on their page, as far as I know.
However, a public appology like you have done is more than enough to get on my Whitelist, perhaps others will follow :)

I think its good that we don't know who blacklist who etc. Everyone has some reasons.
We should tolerate a matter of privacy especially concidering how such knowledge can be used for harrasment and simillar.

If you add a picture of a cat / dog to your description then it has more affect on those who BL'ed you.

Blacklists aren't really something to worry about since sometimes you don't even have to do anything for somebody to put you on there.
Ex: I was somehow blacklisted by somebody before I had ever won a GA, commented anywhere, or even MADE a GA. I couldn't even be mad, I just thought it was funny. So don't worry about yours man, you'll be fine.

I just discovered this thread by chance!
Most of the time, we get blacklisted by the so-called "leechers", those who never make a giveaway.
I was personally blacklisted by 31 people (at the time of this comment), of whom I spotted only a couple.
What did I do to deserve it?
Nothing, absolutely nothing.
At least, I'm positively sure I didn't do or say anything nasty, but there're people out here who will blacklist for various reasons, like "bad ratio" (with different conceptions of it), "anime pictures" (filthy heretics!), "I've been unjustly rerolled" (they don't care if they already owned that DLC), or even for "Steam Gifts achievements".
All said and done, don't worry about blacklists, the giveaways you'll miss are nothing but a drop in the ocean.
Care more about Whitelists, as they give you access to the best giveaways (and I'm sure you got some for your honesty :p).

I sometimes add instructions in my giveaways on how not to get blacklisted, and then I blacklist those that don't follow the instructions. It should be noted, these instructions require zero additional effort from the person entering; they merely have to GLANCE at it and not be a robot.

You have already assumed because you complain to much - your own words.
I am one of those 31 people but not of the reasons you have suggest or that I mentioned above is the reason. And for your own benefit I am not going to mention why (more people will likely blacklist you). I am open to removing the blacklist though, when I see people giving back to the community (not just giveaways but on the forum as well).

I know one thing I need to improve on is my bad ratio because I hadn't donated any games, going to fix that now. Was wanting to build up a whitelist or join a group because I wanted to avoid it going to a bot.

I am curious since when I was an "starting Idiot" I tried making few giveaways which were free by indigala but were optional to input here. At times I thought: "Maybe since they are avaible on site noone will mind? And maybe someone wants it anyway?" I deleted every one of them as soon as I got commented that it is not right with the rules. I was quite stupid checking it also with some dlc's etc. deleting them after making.
Well now I dont know if that was enough for some people to blacklist me. If there is a person who made such decision I would like that person to know that I am soory and fully responsible for my ignorance. Thats all I think. Have a nice day and treat newbies lightly please :)
