yes it is. and also Paypal doesn't allow this kind of "exchanges" and i doubt that webmoney or moneybookers are ok with this kind of transactions. and one last thing..i don't think you'll find someone to "help" you because Paypal is the most used payment platform and you can't find many sellers that accept Webmoney or Moneybookers

This is gonna sounds shady, but please bear with me. I have this trade deal I've almost closed, only problem is that the dude I'm trading with wants Webmoney or Moneybookers instead of Paypal. Is there anyone here who has a Webmoney or Moneybookers account who is willing to help a fellow gamer and Steamgifter out? I have Paypal funds to repay the person with.
I hope this isn't against any rules here...
