It's FSGGA I left the group on Steam some time ago (several months I believe), and the group is banned there but... I still have the group in my group list here on SG.

Why does it not updates or is it just bugged?
Any help removing it from my list here?

Click on Account up right and then on Sync Account.
Please note that you can see their GAs if they add some other group that you are member.

Did you do it manually or SG automatic.Try manually if you didn't.
If nothing happened, try in a few days. After that you could send a ticket.

It happened to me long time ago but reversed. I joined group but couldn't find it here. It appears a week later :)

It gave a possibility to leave groups that are banned from the community but you must type stuff in the browser console and i can't remember at it.
Search in the forum for it.
Hope my Info helps.

Found on reddit how to leave from Steam group when the group is disabled by using the console. Thanks, but it's not the issue.

I'm no longer in this group on Steam (few months now), but I still see the group here on steamgifts. I'm a member of 49 groups on steam, and 50 here on SteamGifts

I suppose you are still member of this group, otherwise SG wouldn't show it like that.

Just try to leave it via console if you haven't done it already, you just need to figure out the group ID.

Since SG syncs aren't helping I'd recommend editing this post and changing the category to Bugs/Suggestions, as group sync issues have occurred a couple of times before and needed fixing.

It's not SG error. As it can be fixed when you really leave the group.

Problem with deleted / blocked groups is that they are no longer visible on your profile page, but you still are their member. You need to open console like heyday said, and leave the group manually. After next sync this group will be removed from SG.

go to your group page on steam and right click on leave group on a public group you are in. Choose inspect element.
Change id to "103582791435572678" and press enter. Press the leave group button that you just changed and confirm that you want to leave.

Go to steamgifts and sync.

i'm pretty sure steamgifts uses this xml to sync your groups, and it's showing 49 groups. the group you say steamgifts thinks you're still in has id 103582791435572678, and that's not present in your xml. it's possible steamgifts sync code is encountering an error when it tries to look up the group, but i expect the error is on the steamgifts side.
