My Mom isn't home on mother's day ^^ She's enjoying a short trip and I hope the weather will be fine and she'll have lots of fun.
She does this all the time ^^ during her birthday (10 days later), she'll be away as well, guess that's the most relaxing for her. No guests, no baking, cooking, cleaning... Instead, she gets to see new things, doesn't have to worry about cooking or cleaning and as far as I know, some of her friends accompany her and take the same trip.

Sounds like she'll be having a lot of fun! It's always great when a mom can relax once and a while (since being a mom is constantly work). Hope you and her have a great day and thanks for the bump!

Thanks for the wild ride, thanks for notifying me that it's mothersday (runs to the florist) and it's perfectly normal to get your first cellphone at the age of 22. I was around 20 myself when I got my Nokia 6110.
But seriously.. Good for you! A youth without cellphone in this day and age is a feat :)

So I was going to make a train for Mothers Day, buuuuut I won't be online much during that time so I decided to make it end Mothers Day night instead. Just remember that its on May 8th! Show some appreciation for your mom/step-mom/grand-mother/Aunt/dog/cat or whoever helped clean up your crap and then put up with your crap :)
