Dungeons of Dredmor pack?

Problem is that I have Dungeons of Dredmor installed when I won a complete pack. If I want to add to my library for the sake of the DLC, will I obtain an extra giftable copy of the game?

i think not. just check the FAQ of duplicate itens on Steam, it seems only works on some valve games...

I dodn't quite understand what you meant by that.
My question was: Are you even allowed to enter giveaways that contained game + DLC if you already own the game but not the DLC?

You are allowed if it's not a private giveaway with special rules.
But it's not the nicest form of entering a giveaway.

I asked support about it and it's up to the submitter whether those with the base game can enter or not.
