yes you can use ESGT. Or simply over your mouse on the send/receive amount to know the real contribution value
then do sent divided by received and you get your ration
for you it's okay you can apply -)

Yes this rule is not really good or fair. I'm currently reflecting to change that.
For me the main rules is to have a ratio of 2.
I will take a decision in some hours.

RCV mean Real Contribution Value. You can calculate your RCV on http://www.sgtools.info/real-cv. You can too know the RCV by overing your mouse on your sent/receive amount on steamgifts.
