Accidentally won same add on twice

I accidentally won the same add-on twice. I won it recently, then won it again with the recent downtime. Guess I forgot to check if I had any existing entries for that add-on.

Is there any way that I can ask for a reroll on it? Or does the gifter have to do it?

Contact the gifter and ask them to do so.

That's what I was figuring. I left them a message on the giveaway itself, since that's the only method I have to contact them.

Actually, to request a giveaway repick:
1: The winner has to write in the giveaway that they want the repick.
2: The creator can then ask for a reroll.

So as long as you've left the message on the GA, it's over in their hands, now.

That is for changing the GA to another game iirc.

Rerolling for someone who was won the same game twice is totally acceptable and only the GA Creator needs to do anything. It's an option under the Reroll ticket.

Contact the gifter, he/she should contact support for reroll.
