Also Why would you agree to a trade where you don't get what you trade for right away? Never ever do that.

You made a mistake trusting brazilians.I have yet to meet a brazilian who owns an actual paid game on steam.
I know a lot of people will get butthurt over this comment, but there is a reason why Brazilians have the worst reputation in online gaming.

This is not the best rule, because i got scammed few month ago...
You get suspended, if you call a scammer?? This is stupid :/
Only the negative rates are not enough, because they have no one (new created profile) or do it after 10 positives...
This is badly thought out

don't trust anybody if there is an ass on their profile...

With all the greediness and dishonesty in the world, one wonders how things like this happen so often. I hate scammers of course, but this is also a case of lacking in the common sense department (not meant as an insult).

My first rule for trading is to go first only if the trader has really high reputation (50+).

Sorry friend you can't callout users on forums its against the rules and will end up as a ban on you. And never trust anybody when a deal sounds too good.

i once got scammed, i learnt an important lesson, if it's not in the Steam trade window, dont do it, no matter how much +rep he has, no matter how high is steam level is, dont go first, dont go second, just use the trade window and save everyone a lot of trouble

sheesh you were greedy to pay less for a new game and yet you wonder how this could happen to you?
by going in first?!....what the .....
and now you even call out! report them on steam and on steamrep, leave a negative trade feedback and voila, thats all you can do

For the future:
if you are trading "big moneyz", you should investigate a bit.

In this case, the user has only 10~ rep
Looking at his trade history, he traded a lot of Batman and Metal gear keys (all stuff from nvidia)
Investigating you'll find that "OP claims he works for nVidia"

Now, he could even deliver, but this still looks shady as f, maybe stolen keys, or he has a shop and when people buy stuff, he keeps their key, who knows :D
