Wondering if those last 3 giveaways he did are fake

It only ended three days ago. Come back in four days if you still haven't received it.

Also, add him to steam friends and see if you can sort out the problem there.

Well you'd get refunded because it sucks using points on a game that no one was going to win from the start. Of course, they're all free games essentially, so you're being refunded a chance for a free game. So you're right, there isn't a point to it.

You do get refunded if the giveaway is cancelled before it ends by an admin.
