the reward is on playfire, i have connected gmg profile with playfire and can confirm the reward last year on bioshock, you have to earn playtime and achievements. but its currently showing unavailable probably because i owned specops previously and not from this year`s reward. you can transfer this credit back to gmg

I played for 1 hour exactly and got 1 achievement (shooting the deer at the beginning of the first level), and they gave me the credit like 2 or 3 days after that.
