Seen all except Gattica. Though the last time I saw Matrix was like 8 years ago...

you should also give a go to other Guy Ritchie movies like "Lock, Stock" and Snatch if you enjoyed Sherlock Holmes, there's also Survive Style 5+.

What about Memento? Another Nolan movie that's good. Also Interstellar is coming out in November and it will likely be very good.

Well off the top of my head I would recommend:
"Lucky Number Slevin"
"Yamakasi – Les samouraïs des temps modernes" (amazing movie by Luc Besson featuring parkour)
"Lock, Stock and 2 loaded Barrels" + "Snatch" (= Guy Ritchie at his best)
"True Romance" + "Pulp Fiction" + Four Rooms (= some of my favorite Tarantino movies)
Kickass + Guardians of the Galaxy (since you enjoyed Watchmen those are some other fun not-totally mainsteam Comic adaptions)
Lost in Translation (beautiful quiet movie by Sophia Coppola featuring Bill Murray)

Star Wars? 4-6.
Star Trek? Star Trek into darkness is on Netflix.
Indiana Jones? 1st I liked.
Dream works? How to train your dragon, Madagascar, and The Croods is on Netflix
Pixar? Toy story, Wall-e, Nemo, Monsters inc.
007? Skyfall.

Try the latest Dredd movie. It was far better than expected. If you liked Death Race, you might like it aswell. It has the feel of an 80ies actionmovie (in a good way) without too much other story-confusion.
Otherwise the best movie I could recommend lately was Grand Budapest Hotel. It's not an actionflick though.

Yea Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is hilarious (Val Kilmer´s role :D) and Lucky Number Slevin goes in a similar direction.

So, basically, I love watching movies, but only if they're worth it.
My movie list has landed in empty, as of right now, but I'd like to watch more.
Here's a small list of movies that I have recently watched, and I enjoyed:
Equilibrium (2002) (Really great movie), Death Race (2008) (kinda liked it, had some problems but was K), Sherlock Holmes (2009) and Sherlock Holmes A Game of Shadows (2011) (both really, REALLY great movies, enjoyed them both), Watchmen Ultimate Cut (2009) (Another great movie), The Prestige (2006)... There are some other ones, but I can't quite recall them..
So, can someone give me suggestions based off of these films I've watched? (I'll note if I've seen it or not)
