I hope cg does not add the game to the giveaway list, until it shows up in the Steam library (online, not client), so we can check who is re-gifting and who is giving away duplicate copies ;)

Hey, does Steam eat the key if you try to activate it and discover you've already got the game? That's what happened when I oopsed and tried to use this one. Completely forgot I'd won it in that big 25000 winner giveaway awhile back. Now I don't know if I can give the key away or if it's toast.

Nope, it can still be used. When the indiegala had the cryostasis sale. I got 2 by their mistake. So I tried activating both. Fearing to GA on SG I gave it to a buddy of mine as an experiment to see if it ate both said keys. Well it didn't. If you have the game it won't eat the key. :)

Thanks for the heads up. I didn't win the GAR giveaway, so getting this from Groupees is a nice surprise. Then again, I think they're giving away too much stuff for $1. I would probably bought it on a Steam sale for more than that. (Not complaining, just wondering why the developers give it away. I imagine that it could be helpful to sales if a lot of people play it.)
