That's because the BTA is already very close to T3 at 45 mins after launch (T1 is really not worth it, so everyone who buys the bundle, buys T3 by default). There's no point in having a T2 option in this case.

I think there are still some Phantom Doctrine Exclusive Alienware Vintage Jacket DLC Key on alienware arena to redeem for free.

I have the same situation. I would like especialy Gear Tactics (also Star Renegate but less), but I have everything else (not counting Dark Deity) . This make it hard to buy from me.

Gears Tactics is great. If I hadn't played it on Game Pass I'd buy it, but otherwise the value just isn't there. There's no shortage of good strategy games anyway.

hard west is on my wishlist and maybe i'd enjoy warhammer 40k mechanicus, but already have phantom doctrine and not interested in tier 3 stuff, so i'll just join hard west giveaways

Got a high expectation since a new bundle is coming up and it says "Tactics" or whatsoever, but then... well...
Firstly, I've already had 4 games on it (Gears Tactics, Warhammer Mechanicus, Hard West and Phantom Doctrine).
Oh, wait. I guess I had Dark Deity, too, for free, on Epicgames.
Secondly, I used to have John Wick Hex on Steam's Summer Sale but I refunded it. Found out that it was not my cup of tea.
Finally, the only game that I'm interested in is Star Renegades. But I won't pay for a full bundle. Steam's Winter Sale is around the corner.
I decide to skip this one.
