Longer than it takes to get a response to this topic here in the user forums.
There is only a small number of Support members, a lot of tickets, and certain tickets can only be solved by higher ranked Support members. Something like a reroll will have higher priority than missing games.

Yeah I figured it's not exactly high priority and possibly something that needs one of the higher support to handle. Here's hoping it won't take too long

Quite a long time. Like Delta said, some tickets will get high priority, so yours may take a week or so. Maybe a few days if you're lucky. :)

I know my support ticket isn't super high priority, especially with things like user reports, rerolls etc. I put one in to give my account access for a rather large giveaway and was wondering if anyone had any experience with how long that might take. I know support is bogged down with a lot of stuff and appreciate what they do, especially unpaid (I assume). Just a general inquiry.
