I just noticed that Brazilian Steam Store might be as cheap as russian one.

Look at those prices and convert Brazilian Real to your currency. Then compare it to the Russian store. I've found it pretty cheap.

today I just bought a 4 pack terraria using bundlethebundle and a spanish guy told me that one copy is 2.5 euro. This is too expensive!
