[SA GA]Counter-Strike: Complete pack Puzzle!

Hi guys, I've been a cs player for long time. Since i was 9, i can't remember how many hours I've spend in CS 1.5 and CS 1.6. Clearly non-steam, because since i live in Venezuela, common people get only 300$ per year with a credit card, which is not easy to get. And people prefers to buy a smartphone and sell it for cash. Well, since all those years, this was my main game to play with friends, and local tournaments. I stopped playing because college, and CS:GO it's too much for my laptop.

So the giveaway, i made a puzzle, this is my first puzzle <3 so true South American players can get the game. (Yep, the game is region locked to SA)

The rules are simple.

• Anyone can enters. (but well, the game is region locked to SA. So you couldn't activate it.)
• Don't share the link if you resolve it! (i will be monitoring the entries for leaks).

The GA will be active until Mar 4. it's 16 days, if you know what i mean :D

I believe i made it fair, if you are a true fan of Counter-Strike, you can resolve THIS!!!!1

UPDATE: Everything is in lowcase, example: get_right. counter-strike, razer deathadder.

Q2, Look at character's name, and guess?
Q12, search easter eggs.
Q9, remember to add the [doing] not the [do]
Q14, search for easter eggs too! It's a common map. Not played in pro.
Q15, has something to do with Riverside!!
Q4, they can get all the keys in the forums! faster than anyone else!
