Most of the people are just impatient. Just wait a day or 2. It's only € 1.5
You can still dispute the amount later on, but I'm sure you will have too ;-)

just got my money back, never going to use that stupid site again

I bought from them and it happened the same, after 10 hours still no key. I send them again a mail asking for my key and i got it .Now i am doing the same, hope for the key to come.

Verified Paypal on the Italian site with a newly made U.S. gamerocket account.
Verification required email.
Submitted request for refund on website support form and Paypal resolution center.
Received refund after 20 hours.

1. I got the refund 2. Mail to the store and PayPal "dispute" 3. they both answered after 10-12 hours and got the refund.

Are they also refunding those who paid with credit card?

I do not understand why did it happen. I have read somewhere they as for ID from 6am-11pm.Dont know if is it true.But Id verification seems no reason for me.

its just sad that people like me just wanted one code for ourselves and didn't get but those who managed to get several keys are now trying to sell them for $10 or more dollars...

Have to seee if they get more good offers. Less buyers next time.

I sent an email asking for a refund 11 hours ago. I'll wait 24 hours for them to send a reply. If one doesn't come, then I'll be opening a Paypal dispute.

Umm, I got one key through paypal, just had to do the phone verification, which was painless.

Cancelled the card order, not checked the refund yet.

I made another paypal for 3 copies, they wanted my full id again. Waiting until today since I saw it was processing last night, and now they have given me 3 keys! Guess all the bad press made them relent and provide the order as promised.

i still wait.

Got a refund today (finally ugh). I emailed gamesrocket 2 days ago and didn't get a reply, but at least I have my precious money back. :D

I didn't refund and wait for the key that arrive yesterday. They explain that they didn't had no key left and after 2 hours they send me the code. Of course i send a mail to them and use the support from the website.

I have been charged twice (on 2 different accounts - 2 email accounts), first time using Paypal and second time using a VISA card.

For VISA order I replied to their e-mail and I received the refund and email from them after 14 hours.
For Paypal I opened a dispute and I received the refund after 15 minutes.

I was waiting like 2 days after i saw few eMails in my spam folder which demanded picture of my ID. After i sent those pictures i recieved my 3 copies, fine by me. Its not refund, but still...
