Support have 300 000, more or less, tickets to look at.

Make sure your ticket is in the Request New Winner category.

Two days?
Weird, re-rolls usually get approved fast, especially when the winners already have the featured game / DLC, or reject the gift.

If it has been two days, and you still have no answer from support, you can try closing current ticket and creating a new one. In the "Request New Winner" category, just like OFFsteam said. Or you can wait. After all, you got 7 days to deliver the gift.

what kind of ticket did you send? because there's a button in the winner's giveaway page to reroll.
just say that the winner already owns the game and link it to his comment. that's all the proof you need.

the winner posted in the GA saying that he didn't realize that he already had the DLC and requested me to re-roll
