Number of Giveaways by Level?

I'd be curious to see stats on how many giveaways were created per level requirement over X amount of time. The scope could be from SGv2 launch, last month, last week, any combination of the above or other. If this data is available, I'd like to compare the approximate number of users per level against the number of giveaways to see what sort of ratios I get. If one of the SG wizards can provide the number of giveaways per lvl requirement data it would be spiffy.
