Maybe i'm just dumb...(bundle givaway question)

Bought humble for the first time thinking I could give away 2 of the games I already own. I've never gifted and thought it just generates a steam cd key that i could e-mail. It said for personal use only and steam wouldn't give gift keys on the url i got in my email. Can I give away the 2 games I already own(like it seems everyone else is doing)? Maybe I'm just dumb.
