With the help of the backlog assassins, these are the games I've removed from my backlog:

Humanity Must Perish, A Kiss for the Petals - Remembering How We Met, Dangan Ronpa V3: Killing Harmony, What Remains of Edith Finch, Starlight Vega, Between Me and the Night, Lost Grimoires: Stolen Kingdom, AIRIS, My Name is You, Tomoyo After - It's a Wonderful Life - , True or False Universe, Hidden Folks, and Four Sided Fantasy.

I've also tried Aviary Attorney, Seven Boys 2, and Candle, but didn't like them very much and decided I won't play them - so I didn't beat them, but they're still out of my backlog.

And, hopefully, today I can add Okami to the list of games I've 100% completed!

Got my 100% in Darkest Dungeon back by beating the Crimson Court DLC and all the new achievements that came with it, so I'll count that as a 1. (It's a rather long game so it took a month. :P )

14 to 100% so far, mostly games I started in previous years. Also 'beat' a couple, without getting all the achievements yet. Not a bad start. My aim is to add another 80 to my 'perfect' games list, this year.

Zero. I prefer to take good care of my games instead of hitting them.

Also been playing Nioh (100%'d last year, testing a few build variants), King of Dragon Pass (I lost :/) and a few MP games that aren't meant to be "finished" like Duck Game and Throne of Lies.

I've only beat Mario + Rabbids so far this year if I remember correctly. I've been playing so much Rocket League that I don't have time for anything else, though I am a decent way through Just Cause 3.
