HELP - can you use paypal AND steam wallet to pay for a steam purchase?

I wanna get Kerbal Space Program and it costs 17.99, i have 10.51 in wallet and 7.49 in paypal. Can i combine the two and pay? If so - how?>.<

Yes you can. When purchasing the game choose wallet as payment and then Steam will ask what other payment you want to use to pay for the rest.

Just check-out and it will give you the option to pay the 7.49 some other way if you don't have it in your wallet.
