You can't enter giveaways of the people who blacklist you. As far as being removed its up to the person who blacklist you. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you start to get a lot of them.

From https://www.steamgifts.com/about/faq:
[...] When you blacklist a user they will no longer see your giveaways on the homepage, and they will not be able to view or enter your giveaways from that point forward. If the user entered one of your giveaways prior to being blacklisted, their entry remains valid.
It's important to note that blacklists work two-ways. If you blacklist a user, you will also no longer see their giveaways on the homepage, and you will not be able to view or enter their giveaways.

Respecting site rules and not trying to scam the system would certainly help to avoid getting on new BLs in the future.

🤔It is important to check again to make sure you are not violating any site rules.🔎FAQ/Guideline
By the way, some people add to the blacklist once they have been selected so that they will not be selected again, so there is no need to be deeply concerned unless the blacklist has increased significantly at one time.
