Won a gift, it turned out to be a guest pass. What now?

Hello, my dear steamgifters. I won Red Orchestra a couple of days ago. Now, it turned out to be a guest pass, but there was no description on the steamgifts entry page. Is it right to give a ,,not received" feedback? Thx in advance!

Yes you can put it as not received and maybe even submit a support ticket and they will probably do something about the person (ban).

Definitely mark as not received and report the user. There's a report option for "Gifting Guest Passes" for a reason :)
