I bought today Fallout New Vegas gift in EU2 region and gift is RU tagged ... It can be acctivate in EU 2 or its some kind of bug?

My friend in EU2 bought Dishonored, and when he plays there is a RU tag, too. He activated it, so you probably can do that too :)

yeah but with dishonored it was other thing i was unable to buy giftable version here i dont get any notification about copy will be restricted
