Suggestion about the group: As we have a (first?) violator now, maybe you should create a topic in group an list banned users there? If it's inside steam group it won't be a violation of SG rules, and will serve next purposes:
1) Other users may want to blacklist violator.
2) Before forced sync (up to a week I believe) banned user is still able to enter and win giveaways; Other users will be able to check if user is in the list and do a re-roll.

It should be fine with SG rules, because the list wouldn't be on SG after all. What kind of information is posted on group boards within Steam groups is not subject to SG rules. As long as it's allowed by Steam rules - a lst of banned users definitely is - it should be fine.

A good idea but it give a "little" problem with it.
At a other group someone was found that used 4 accounts to get free games AND his account at sg was perma suspended.
His accounts were listed in a Blacklist with the ID64 because he tried to rename his accounts, kick his multiaccount "friends" and all such stuff.
After that he reported the ID64 naming to steam and they deleted the ID64 links of the original post :o(
That experience was yesterday and i was, as one of his hunters, involved.
I don't know why they protect such .... people.
So posting without the ID64 is possible, maybe a link to their steamrep.com profil ? I don't write that there is the ID64 listed out of the reach from steam^^
You see there his friends, if they have VAC bans, market bans and such stuff.

And I would say, it still should be ID64. If someone from steam support deleted it - I think support should be contacted for explanation, because posting profile links is not forbidden, and thus it's clearly abuse of authority.

The Steam guy, Dr. Jack Burton, stated that it is against the Steam Rules to post the ID64.
I don't know the rules good enough to say if it is true and i am in that group a member and not in the staff, so i haven't the possibility or need to deal with Steam about it.
I adviced too that they should write him about it and explain the situation BUT they said they know him from other groups and threads and they can save themself that time because it will bring nothing. They will handle Steam rules higher then group rules.
But i think the Steamrep Link would be safe.
And is only 1 click more to see all needed infos, IF someone want have them.

There is a solve for it. Don't have an open group. Add the offenders to a Google doc and check their ID64 when they apply to join. I know it's hassle, but it's not against the rules to do it that way.

I don't think it was mentioned here, or maybe already deleted, but the key really didn't work it seems. The creator asked steam support when the key has been redeemed and it was a long time ago. It was just a bad key from lootboy and the winner is NOT a scammer or something like that :)

I bought the 2000 coin "Free pack" and it had 3 diamonds in it... that was enough to push me to 100.
i got Hacknet again. I think that's the 4th or 5th time I got that game from Lootboy. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that it was given away for free by Humble Bundle a while back.

Did get the 10 Euro Steam wallet once. Getting freebies and GOG games is common. The best value titles I've gotten tended to be published by Daedalic Entertainment. Haven't gotten State of Mind yet though, which appears to be the most valuable of those titles.

I've spent 20k coins on 10 "free" lootpacks. Got 6.5k coins back and Decay The Mare... which would be a good deal, if I have not purchased it for 20k like a week ago. Other than this Chains of Satinav Soundtrack (damn, during the draw I was quite happy, thinking it's the game, not OST), lots of Wargaming codes (but all of them, as usually, starter codes, so useless for me) and some other equally worthless junk, so it probably will come to another 3k coins from shreding most of it.

Haimrik on the other hand great drop, WL game, wish I would have gotten it or any other recent 1C game.

Some Diamond Dungeon quizes correctly give you diamonds even when doing them on a PC but most don't. Doing them in the browser on a smartphone seems to be working so far on the other hand. I couldn't find the quizes in the app though. No surveys/quizes were available for me there only these larger diamond rewards for levelling up in mobile games. Are any of those easy enough / worth the time investment?

Most of them are not worth time - too boring or/and long to complete (last game was actually easy - "Snake blast!" for 12 diamonds - quest was to collect 20000 points. Completed it in like 5 mins). I try to complete quizes or "Install and run" tasks (now I have only 2 surveys that end after first question, so I need to use Android or iOS devices).

for the mobile game larger diamonds:
casino games- ceasers slots and slotomania are easy enough. just set it to autospin as you watch a tv show and occasionaly raise your bet to lvl up faster. reaching lvl20 and 21 are easy enough, may take a day or two as you run out of money, but the extra money you get given for free between going to bed and starting again after work make it doable.
Stay away from house of fun, huuge casino and billionaires casino.
afk arena was fun,(for me, i liked the game) it kept adding extra layers of play to keep me interested, took a couple of days need to reach lvl 32.
poker WSOP reach lvl 5 was done in a hour.
pirate kings and board kings are very easy, boring but easy, may take a couple of days due to recharging the spins, but each session should only last maybe 15mins.
solitare, i like but took way too long to unlock 5 harvest fields, not worth it IMO

Once on tremorgames (RIP) I installed a "game" on my phone to get coins. In reality it appeared to be a malware, that used some exploit on my phone to install some crappy ads-showing shit as a system app. It was impossible to remove, because phone wasn't even rooted. I had to flash whole firmware from scratch to get rid of it. Since that time I don't participate in tasks that require installation of some apps.

Nope, not yet and presumably nothing planned for the future. However, there are special LootPacks for more than 100 diamonds which are advertised as guaranteed to drop certain things like PSN gift cards or specific games.
Edit: oops, I thought you meant spending diamonds on different things apart from LootPacks. EpicKK below my post is right, a month ago there was a special Lootday event which gave you extra bonuses, but of course I wasn't able to score a Bonus LootPack, so I didn't benefit from it at all.
