Grimm immediately comes to mind, and even grants card drops.
Edit: Heroine Quest: Herald of Ragnarok is also free and grants +1. There was one more, but at the moment I cannot remember the name.

I added this to my account two years ago,but in that time the game will not appeared until you install the game,and disappeared if you uninstall the game,I know you can hide the game to keep it in library
and now I remove the game in Licenses and product key page,re-add again ,the game appeared in my library without install
