There are actually 2 accounts logging from my pc. Mine and my brother's account. Why we use separate accounts? Because we have different tastes is games. I prefer platforming and puzzle games and my brother prefers fps games.

One. I don't need any others - haven't had the time to play the games I'm trying to get to.

One is all you need.

I have 2. During one steam sale my account was bugged and I couldn't buy anything, so I had to make another account to buy some games and send them to my main account as gifts.

1, because of obvious reasons.

I've got 2, this is my main account, and my second one is for playing games with friends, who don't own any game :P

2, one for when I get put in low priority in Dota.

Some of the traders (especially TF2 item traders) have a secondary account so that they can have a full inventory of stuff that they can sell on one account, and their main account full of things they don't want to trade (plus more storage space). At least that's why I guess some traders have multiple accounts.

And I only have 1. I don't see the point in having 2 for what I do.

I've had 4 or 5,2 of them were shared between me and my big brother.
