The indiegale Gameplay bundle is it worth it

Should I buy these games for 3.59 dollar. Its like 12 bucks in my money currency.Or should I try with other games and try to get the discount on them?
What do you guys think?With steam sales on all of the games total price is like 24 dollars I think(money currency stuff) (sorry I couldn't fancy the steam links)
Also there is ''Games from this bundle are region locked, they will only work in the region from where they are bought.'' this so I can't even give the games away internationally I think.
