Blacklist: 1 -> Someone for which I could identify a failure to activate won games on multiple (5 or 6) counts.
Whitelist: 0 -> Although I did use it during my "I'd buy that for a dollar" event, to give access to a bonus GA for only those folks who contributed stuff to the pile of gifts.
