SteamTrades was officially abandoned when it was split off from SteamGifts. It currently has no staff or moderation.
Further, when it was abandoned, the system was changed to encourage exploitation and abuse, by removing account creation restrictions.
Unfortunately, the state of affairs you're describing is likely to only become more commonplace over time.

There is no support, nor any moderators for SteamTrades. SteamGifts staff have no power over any of the things on that site.
Use barter.vg instead, much more reliable feedback system.

Yes but everyone can see my fake -reps on SteamTrades right? I mean from barter ... So there is nothing to do else than , we are going to have -100 reps ... anyone at least know how to delete my account so i don't let these kids do what they want ...

Your steamtrades account is your Steam account, so you can not delete the steamtrades account unless you also delete your Steam account.

In general, dealing with Steamtrades you have to be careful. You can't let out your bad attitude come out, make xenophobic or insulting comments about other people when you know very well you don't need to. Simply stick to trading, and be done with it. If you respond in the same matter, it doesn't matter who said it first - you are both guilty of the same thing and deserve your negative reps.
P.S: I have traded a bit on Steamtrades, never had issues because if I don't like the offer or the person, I simply reject and move on.

Okay if we deserve our negative reps , than his negative and his negative reps are where? They are creating new accounts to vote and give people -reps ... And i'm talking about the review system , that is not the way , i'm agreed with you that we don't need to be rude , but how to not be when someone order me what to do and pissed me off ... I am simply there to trade , but when i don't want to trade with someone (second rep) not mean he have reason to give me -rep ...
PS: I also explain that i got the game , but was not enough ...

I dealt with the guy with 34+ reps that -repped you as well, he was spamming me with messages on steam with really bad offers so I simply removed him from my friends list and moved on. No need to tell him to f^^k off or that his offer is s^^t, simply remove him and block him and move on. I agree the review system is bad, but most of the time the people that end up with negative comments inflict them on themselves. Traders that stick to their trading and deal with others politely (I know some of them are extremely dumb, but you just have to bear with it) don't end up being affected by the review system.
As previously mentioned Steamtrades is currently not being moderated by anyone, so all you can do is either accept the negative reps and move on, explaining in the future that those do not reflect who you are anymore or try to negotiate with those that gave you negative rep to remove them. If they refuse, I encourage you to return their favour and give them a negative rep, this way they'll be encouraged to remove theirs.

Man even after their fake reps i stop to communicate with them , but they continue with their lies by creating new accounts and giving me -rep , than they remove it and tell people that i'm the one who create an account and give myself -rep... About the Review System , its not only me I move on even after the -reps , they can't even after my rep removed ... that is sad ... And the problem is there that i give them -reps too but they are creating new account to vote ...

I want to ask how can i reach a moderator/support of SteamTrades , because of the Review System...
Seems like SteamTrades goes to bad with this Review System , so everyone now can give -reps to others without making a trade
In my case was (someones coming to my thread and starts to order me what to do , of course i want you to know that i told him to get out and than he just continue to spam and insults and giving me -rep and the review system (community) allow the rep , than his friend , also without a trade gives -rep , without a reason (maybe there is one , i decline his offer and don't want to trade with him) ... After this , they start to create a new acc`s with some stupid reasons to give me -rep ... Maybe the Review System need to be for people with 100+ reps , so they can't create new acc's and vote like that ...
Really need some moderator or support to change that so more people don't get in trap like this ...
